The app is designed for local operation, local Bluetooth connection, and local storage. It does not require account registration, does not actively collect personally identifiable information, does not automatically upload user data to servers, and is not used for advertising, user tracking, cross-app tracking, or user profiling.
The app does not actively collect, store, or upload the user's name, phone number, email address, contacts, SMS, call logs, photos, camera content, account information, advertising identifiers, precise location, or background location data. Tracking, privacy collection, and data sharing items reviewed by app platforms are not functional purposes of this app.
To search, connect, display data, and configure BMS devices, the app locally processes voltage, current, temperature, balancing status, protection thresholds, and fault status. On iOS, BMS configuration and the local communication password are stored in app-only UserDefaults. Data is not automatically synchronized or uploaded to any server. Unless the user actively screenshots, copies, or sends data for technical support, we do not access this local data.
On iOS, the app uses CoreBluetooth only to discover, connect to, and communicate with a BMS selected by the user; it requests no location permission and makes no Internet connection. On Android, BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_SCAN, and BLUETOOTH_CONNECT serve the same purpose. ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION only supports the BLE scanning requirement on Android 11 and earlier and is not used to read actual location. Internet access is not used for accounts, advertising, analytics, cloud synchronization, or data upload.
Local data is used only to search and connect BMS battery management boards, display real-time battery and BMS status, read or configure BMS parameters, save local configurations and historical records selected by the user, improve Bluetooth communication stability, and support local debugging. The app does not use this data for advertising, commercial analytics, data sales, third-party sharing, or purposes unrelated to BMS management.
Operating data, configuration data, historical records, and logs are stored locally on the user's device by default and are protected by the operating system sandbox. Users can clear local data in the app or through system settings. When the app is uninstalled, the operating system usually removes app cache and local configurations. If the user actively exports or shares local files, those files are managed by the user.
If a user voluntarily contacts us by email, phone, or other means and provides screenshots, logs, device data, issue descriptions, or contact information, we will use such materials only for technical support, troubleshooting, and after-sales communication. We will not use them for advertising, profiling, sale, or purposes unrelated to support. Users may request deletion of support materials they voluntarily provided by contacting us at the email address in this policy.
The current version does not integrate any third-party SDK, including advertising, analytics, tracking, payment, map, cloud storage, or user analysis SDKs. We do not sell, rent, or share users' personal information or local BMS device data with third parties. If a future version integrates third-party services or changes data processing practices, we will update this policy before use and obtain necessary authorization according to platform rules.
The app is a professional tool for BMS battery management board development, debugging, maintenance, and industrial use. It is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. Minors should not use the app independently; if use is necessary, it should be supervised by a guardian or professional.
Users may view, modify, export, or delete available local configuration data and historical records in the app, or stop using and uninstall the app. Because the app does not require account registration and does not automatically upload user data, we usually cannot identify, access, or delete local data stored on the user's device from a server side. For support materials voluntarily sent to us, users may contact us by email to request access or deletion.
We may update this Privacy Policy due to app function changes, platform policy changes, or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on the company website or the public privacy policy page used for app store listings. Continued use of the app means you understand the updated content.
This Privacy Policy is governed by currently applicable laws and regulations of Vietnam. Because the app does not automatically collect or upload users' personal data by default, it generally does not involve server-side user account data processing or cross-border transfer. If a user voluntarily provides technical support materials to us, we will use them only within the scope necessary to handle the issue.
